Gentle & Restorative Yoga
with Dianna Sproul
Online class: Fight stress and find peace with this gentle and restorative yoga class. No experience necessary. This six-week course can be done at your own pace. Each class is one hour long and will start with gentle stretching, move into prolonged holding of poses using props (pillows or a block) for 2-5 minutes, and end in a resting pose with moments for reflection. Comfy clothes, pillows, a belt, and a block are needed for this class. (More info will be sent upon registration.)

Dianna found yoga 15 years ago to manage a long-term back injury. This January, she earned her yoga teaching certificate in Kathmandu, Nepal.
