Don’t miss this three-part series of live, online classes where we’ll make satisfying, main course salads loaded with delicious ingredients with easy homemade dressings for each. Chicken Taco Salad with Spicy Chipotle Ranch, Field Greens, apple, candied walnut salad with blue cheese and honey balsamic dressing, Chinese chicken salad with crunchy wonton strips and soy-toasted sesame vinaigrette.

JoAnne Wood was born in England, grew up in San Francisco, and comes from a long line of fine British bakers. After graduation from the California Culinary Academy, she worked as a pastry chef in the San Francisco Bay area. Since moving to Maine in 2000, she has worked as a professional pastry chef, owned a dessert catering company and, for more than 15 years, taught cooking classes. She has a passion for cooking and baking, and for teaching people of all ages.
