Michelle will guide you in a sequence that calms the nervous system along with stretching the body and clearing the mind. Breathing techniques, short meditation and positive affirmations will end the practice.
Supplies needed: Yoga Mat, rug, towel, blanket, pillow, computer/tablet/smarphone to attend class via Zoom.
