Each week will include guided relaxation and several new tools and practices that are designed to fit easily into your everyday life and help you find some calm amid the chaos. Jen Harry, BA is a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher who is committed to sharing tools and practices that fit easily into everyday life and help people navigate stress, uncertainty, anxiety and overwhelm as well as find more ease, peace and joy in life. She has 15 years experience working in the mental health field and has been teaching Stress Reduction and Mindfulness in a variety of settings for the past 8 years.
