Join JoAnne for this live, online class from her home kitchen and cook along with her as she makes delicious chicken and pepper fajitas, homemade tortillas, and lime crema. We’ll also make easy Mexican “fried ice cream” sundaes.
Upon registration you will be sent a list of ingredients if you'd like to cook along with JoAnne.

JoAnne Wood was born in England, grew up in San Francisco, and comes from a long line of fine British bakers. After graduation from the California Culinary Academy, she worked as a pastry chef in the San Francisco Bay area. Since moving to Maine in 2000, she has worked as a professional pastry chef, owned a dessert catering company and, for more than 15 years, taught cooking classes. She has a passion for cooking and baking, and for teaching people of all ages.
