Chef Bill Morrison will give two lessons on Japanese Cuisine: Noodle in Broth and Teriyaki Technique. In the first class you will learn a great and quick way to make a warm and enriching meal. Noodles such as udon and soba are the heart of the dish, but the broth is what gives it character. For the second class you'll learn about teriyaki, the Japanese version of our barbecue. Using beef, chicken, or seafood, you'll learn how to create a teriyaki sauce that is great for your regular dinner routine. And you'll never have to buy teriyaki sauce again!
There is a $20 materials fee included in the cost of the class.
