This three-hour class will give you the basics of baking with phyllo. Learn how to use phyllo pastry as a base for savory casseroles like spanakopita and yummy desserts like baklava. You’ll also learn how to roll phyllo and to craft phyllo triangles, purses and cups. Dinner is included. A $25 materials fee is included in the cost of the class.
Students should bring a wide pastry brush (at least 2 inches).
